Community investment

Giving back is core to our culture

Long-term partnerships that create long-lasting impacts are at the heart of our community giving program. We are proud to support the communities where we live and operate through corporate giving, employee donations and ongoing volunteerism.

Our people are passionate about giving back. We roll up our sleeves to support our communities through ARC Days of Caring, fundraising campaigns and events.

Doubling the impact

We support our employees in making meaningful contributions to the community causes they care about most. Through our Donation Matching Program, employees can donate up to $500 each year to thousands of Canadian causes and receive a company match to double the impact.

Our goal is to commit a minimum of

$3 million annually

to community development initiatives.
