Community investment

Giving back is core to our culture

Long-term partnerships with long-term impact is at the heart of our community giving program. Through corporate giving, employee donations and volunteerism, we are proud to support the communities where we live and operate.

Our people are passionate about giving back. Through volunteerism on ARC Days of Caring, fundraising campaigns and events, we prioritize giving back and rolling up sleeves to support our communities.

Our goal is to commit a minimum of $3 million annually to community development initiatives.

To help our employees make a meaningful contribution to the community causes they care about most, we’ve launched the ARC Donation Matching Program, offering each employee the opportunity to donate up to $500 each year towards thousands of Canadian causes – and receive a company match to double the impact.
