Our approach to sustainability

Maintaining strong partnerships with our stakeholders and Indigenous communities is critical to our success. Through our relationships, we learn what matters most to those around us. Minimizing impacts to the environment, delivering shared value, and operating our business responsibly are core to our strategy.

As part of our formal ESG materiality assessment, a comprehensive group of internal and external stakeholders and Indigenous partners identified six focus areas to guide our efforts to enhance our performance and disclosure going forward.
