Prioritizing employee engagement

Maintaining a healthy and engaged workforce is critical in delivering on our strategy. Every year, we conduct a Strength of the Workplace survey to measure the organizational health and effectiveness of our company, and engagement amongst our employees. 

Performance criteria

The survey provides a 360-degree evaluation of the company on several key indicators including:  

  • Organizational health 
  • Engagement and well-being
