We are aware that persons or organizations claiming to represent or be affiliated with ARC Resources Ltd. (“ARC”) have contacted potential candidates offering employment opportunities with ARC through unsolicited email. Under no circumstances does ARC require any payment from candidates during the recruitment process or make job offers in advance of an interview process. These offers are scams and fraudulent and are designed to have the applicant divulge personal information and/or provide some advance form of payment.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. The ability to identify, follow through and resolve issues with good communication skills and a strong attention to detail are of utmost importance.
It is critical that the successful candidate be flexible and willing to complete both monthly tasks as well as special projects as required with a high level of diligence, organization, commitment and efficiency.
As a key member of ARC’s Operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the business is aware of new and emerging policies and regulations and will advise the organization on potential business impacts.
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that ARC remains a leader in health & safety practices by ensuring appropriate procedures and mentorship is in place and executed upon in both the Calgary office and our field locations.
To further enhance our focus on employee training and development, we are seeking an individual to lead and design ARC’s HSE training and development program.
