ARC places high value on community participation and encourages employees to contribute to the communities in which they live and work. Each year ARC makes significant contributions in the community to notable causes. Listed below are some of the community projects that ARC partners with:

Local Communities
ARC employs residents of the local communities in which it operates and has more than 150 field staff and consultants working in its five core areas. These areas include Northern Alberta & B.C., the Pembina area in Alberta, Central Alberta, Southeast Alberta & Southwest Saskatchewan, and Southeast Saskatchewan. ARC makes financial commitments to these communities and encourages active volunteer involvement and participation in local initiatives.

United Way of Calgary and Area
Each year ARC makes significant contributions to the United Way of Calgary and Area. The United Way provides funding and other support to programs operating within local agencies. In 2007 ARC’s combined corporate and employee contribution supporting the United Way totaled to over $475,000.
